The role of the Agency A&R at MN2S will cover the following key areas:
Research and identification of a wide range of valuable potential signings from up-and-coming and established talent across all genres.
Presentation of prospects at a meeting with all agents.
Management of the approach to the artist/manager, formulation of proposals, and responsibility for completion of the signing process.
Desired skills & experience
The candidate should have a wealth of experience in A&R and desire to take up a new challenge adding high quality talent to a diverse roster.
The candidate should also be able to take a strong lead in devising and effectuating long-term A&R strategies, have excellent communication skills, and very strong relationships within the industry both in the UK and abroad.
Experience of Outlook, Word and Excel is essential.
